Website terms
A few practical things to know when using this site.
About these terms
These terms cover browsing Umber’s website. If you hire us, the agreed proposal and client contract set out the project scope, fees, deadlines and responsibilities. Browsing this site does not create a client relationship.
Using the website
Please use the site lawfully. Do not try to access private systems, disrupt the site, introduce harmful code or use our contact details to send spam. You may link to public pages as long as the link does not misrepresent a relationship with Umber.
Our content and client brands
Website copy, design and original assets belong to Umber or their respective rights holders. Contact us before reusing them commercially. Client names and logos belong to their owners. The portfolio shows supplied deliverables and live website captures. Application and device mockups are presentation layouts; they do not establish campaign performance or imply that every concept shown was launched.
Information and availability
We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but content may change and mistakes can happen. Service descriptions are general information, not a binding offer or a promise of particular marketing results. We may update or temporarily take pages offline for maintenance.
Links and inquiries
We do not control linked websites. Sending the inquiry form is not a confirmed booking or an accepted engagement; it starts a conversation.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any responsibility arising from paid services is addressed in the relevant client agreement and applicable law.
